I think I've seen you have macapuno ice cream. I thought I'd mention to you to try macapuno candies if you're able to find some. They are sweet little treats. Basically the essence of the macapuno ice cream but in soft little candies. And by the way, hopyang baboy are so good with warm milk.

The true filipino food adventure is when you get invited to a party sometimes your neighbor or at a festival and they feed you lots and lots of food (feeling adventurous hmmmm you name it - balut i.e.) o kahit conti- tuyo and kanin enuf na at masarap. The hospitality is unmatched in the world and at the end of the day busog na busog na and nagpapasalamat sa diyos ang mga pilipino talagang mababait kahit na strangers iniinvite sa bahay at pinapakain. To me this is the True filipion Food Adventure.

In Luzon we use liver sauce for lechon NOT soy sauce.
